Michael Moates is the Executive Director for The Narrative Times. He is a senior at Tarleton State University, based out of Stephenville, TX. He is an honors program student in psychology, a member of Sigma Alpha Pi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and an external member of Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Texas.
Michael is from Denton, TX. He is a 22-year-old entrepreneur who enjoys writing about politics, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle. Michael’s most recent project involves serving as an intern for Dr. Kelli Ward for Senate on her media operations team.
Before co-founding The Narrative Times, Michael served as the Director of Communications for American Youth in Politics, a non-profit educating youth in politics. Michael has also contributed to Independent Journal Review, TheBlaze, and Hypeline News.
Before becoming a journalist and political analyst, Michael was a behavior therapist. Using the techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis Michael worked with children whom suffered from developmental behavior challenges, to teach them alternative methods for success.
His passions stem from leadership, giving “the people” a voice, and reporting the truth. Michael is considering a run for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2020 for TX District 26. He shares strong conservative values, is pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, Pro-Faith, and in favor of giving power back to the states.
